SEVEN-YEAR NATURIS SANCTA UNION CONTRACT
This Contract of Union is made on [Insert Date] between:
Partner A: [Full Legal Name], hereinafter referred to as “Partner A”;
Partner B: [Full Legal Name], hereinafter referred to as “Partner B”;
[Include additional partners if this is a group union, e.g., Partner C, Partner D, etc.]
All Partners are members of Naturis Sancta and enter this union in alignment with its beliefs and practices.
1. Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to formalise the union between the Partners as a committed group or pair in an amorous relationship under the guiding principles of Naturis Sancta. This union is intended to foster mutual love, respect, cooperation, and a spiritual connection to nature and the sacred elements of naturism. The contract will last for seven years, with the possibility of renewal at the end of the term.
2. Naturis Sancta Beliefs and Principles
As members of Naturis Sancta, the Partners commit to upholding the following beliefs and principles within their union:
Reverence for nature as the ultimate source of life and harmony.
Practicing naturism as a way to connect deeply with nature and each other.
Engaging in rituals and ceremonies that honour the sacredness of the natural world.
Fostering peace, unity, and respect for all life forms.
3. Term of the Contract
This contract shall commence on [Insert Start Date] and will continue for a period of seven (7) years, ending on [Insert End Date]. At the conclusion of this term, the Partners may mutually agree to renew the contract for another seven-year period or any other duration agreed upon.
4. Rituals and Ceremonies
As part of the union in Naturis Sancta, the Partners agree to partake in sacred naturist rituals and ceremonies to honour their commitment to each other and to nature. These rituals will be held at significant moments throughout the union and serve as both spiritual and practical ways to reaffirm the values of Naturis Sancta. The following are suggested ceremonies and practices that will be woven into the fabric of the union:
4.1 The Union Ceremony (Sacred Bonding Ritual)
Purpose: To initiate and formalise the seven-year union between the Partners, drawing on the spiritual connection with nature as a central element of the commitment.
Setting: This ceremony takes place in a natural environment, such as a forest, beach, or sacred natural landmark, where the Partners can be in direct contact with the elements (earth, air, water, fire). The ceremony is performed in the nude to represent the Partners’ pure, unfiltered connection to each other and nature.
Structure:
Opening Meditation: The ceremony begins with a silent meditation where the Partners align themselves with the natural surroundings, focusing on their breath, the wind, the sounds of nature, and the earth beneath them.
Vow Exchange: Each Partner then recites vows, not only to each other but also to nature itself, committing to respect, protect, and live in harmony with the natural world and their union.
Elemental Blessings: A Guardian of Nature or an elder of Naturis Sancta blesses the union with the four elements:
Earth: A handful of soil or sand is sprinkled on the Partners’ feet, symbolising grounding, stability, and the nurturing nature of their relationship.
Air: Feathers or leaves are waved over the Partners to signify communication, the breath of life, and the ability to weather any storms together.
Water: The Partners each dip their hands in a nearby stream, ocean, or other water source, representing purity, renewal, and the flow of emotions between them.
Fire: A candle or torch is lit to symbolise passion, warmth, and the light that will guide them through the next seven years.
Union Ritual: The Partners hold hands and step into a circle of stones (or other sacred formation), symbolising their new bond. They are now seen as united by Naturis Sancta and nature itself.
Closing Offering: The ceremony concludes with an offering to nature, such as planting a tree, scattering flower petals, or leaving a symbolic gift (e.g., a biodegradable object) to honour the earth.
4.2 Seasonal Rituals (Solstice and Equinox Celebrations)
Purpose: To mark the changing seasons and honour nature’s cycles, reflecting the phases of life and the union’s ongoing journey. These rituals bring the Partners closer to nature and to each other.
Timing: Held on the solstices (summer and winter) and equinoxes (spring and autumn), these rituals celebrate the balance of light and dark, growth and dormancy, mirroring the cycles of the natural world.
Setting: Each seasonal ritual takes place outdoors, preferably in a location that resonates with the season (e.g., a blooming garden in spring, a snow-covered landscape in winter).
Structure:
Circle of Light Ritual: The Partners gather in a sacred circle, often marked by stones, candles, or flowers. As they enter the circle, they are reminded of the endless cycle of nature and the interconnectedness of all things.
Seasonal Reflection: Each Partner takes a moment to reflect on what the season means to them—e.g., spring for renewal, summer for growth, autumn for letting go, and winter for introspection. They share their thoughts with each other.
Offering to Nature: As part of the ceremony, the Partners make a symbolic offering to the earth, such as planting seeds in spring or placing dried leaves or fruits in a sacred fire in autumn.
Nude Dance or Meditation: In celebration of their bond and the natural world, the Partners engage in a nude dance or meditation, feeling the energy of the earth and sky. They may also engage in barefoot walking or forest bathing (immersing themselves in the natural environment).
Fire Ceremony: For solstices, a small fire ritual can be performed where symbolic items (such as written wishes, goals, or fears) are thrown into the fire, releasing them to the universe and symbolising transformation.
4.3 Nude Celebrations (Milestone Gatherings)
Purpose: To celebrate important milestones in the union, such as anniversaries or personal achievements, in a naturist setting surrounded by other members of Naturis Sancta.
Milestones: These can include the anniversary of the union, significant accomplishments in life, or deeply personal events the Partners wish to commemorate together.
Setting: Milestone celebrations are held outdoors, at naturist-friendly locations such as beaches, gardens, or forests, where the Partners can invite friends or community members.
Structure:
Opening Invocation: The celebration begins with an invocation to Nature—acknowledging its role in the lives of the Partners. All participants may join in a brief silent moment to honour the occasion.
Sharing of Stories: Partners share stories or reflections about the milestone they are celebrating—how they have grown, what they have learned, and what they look forward to in the coming years.
Circle of Unity: The gathered community forms a circle of unity, surrounding the Partners and offering words of encouragement, support, and love.
Communal Feast: A naturist feast can be part of the gathering, where participants share food and drink in a setting that honours simplicity and nature’s bounty.
Closing Dance: The celebration often concludes with a nude dance under the stars, at sunset, or around a ceremonial fire, celebrating the freedom of naturism and the connection between body and earth.
4.4 The Renewal Ceremony (Recommitment Ritual)
Purpose: At the end of the seven-year term, the Partners participate in a renewal ceremony, designed to help them reflect on their journey and decide whether to renew their commitment for another seven years.
Setting: The renewal ceremony takes place at a sacred natural site of the Partners’ choosing, preferably a location with personal or spiritual significance.
Structure:
Cleansing Ritual: The Partners begin by engaging in a cleansing ritual, such as a nude swim in a river or ocean, symbolising the washing away of the past seven years and preparing for a new chapter.
Reflection and Recommitment: Each Partner takes time to reflect on the past seven years, what they have learned, and how they have grown. They share these reflections with each other and decide whether they are ready to renew the union.
Tree Planting or Earth Offering: To mark the renewal, the Partners plant a tree or offer a meaningful gift to the earth (such as burying a symbolic item) to symbolise the continued growth of their union.
Recommitment Vows: The Partners may choose to exchange new vows or reaffirm their original ones, witnessed by nature and, if desired, by close friends or community members.
Closing Ritual: The ceremony closes with a meditative walk or dance in nature, celebrating the continuity of life, love, and their connection to the world around them.
4.5 Full Moon Gatherings (Lunar Reflection Ceremony)
Purpose: To align with the moon’s cycles, which are deeply connected to the natural rhythms of the earth and the emotional cycles of the Partners.
Timing: Held monthly during the full moon, the Partners gather to reflect on their journey and commune with the lunar energy.
Setting: This ritual is best conducted outdoors, under the light of the full moon, where the Partners can bathe in its glow.
Structure:
Moon Meditation: The ceremony begins with a moonlit meditation, where the Partners attune themselves to the energy of the full moon. They may focus on releasing past tensions or setting new intentions for the coming month.
Gratitude Ritual: Each Partner expresses gratitude for something that the other Partner has done or for their shared experiences in the union, fostering an environment of love and appreciation.
Lunar Dance: A nude dance under the moonlight can follow, celebrating the freedom, beauty, and mystery of nature and the feminine energy that the moon represents.
Moon Offering: The Partners offer a symbolic item to nature (such as flowers, herbs, or stones) to honour the moon’s cycles and their shared connection with it.
5. Living in Harmony with Nature
The Partners agree to:
Practice naturism as a way to live harmoniously with the natural world.
Spend time in nature regularly, whether through nude hikes, skinny dipping, or meditative walks, to deepen their connection with each other and the environment.
Respect the earth by adopting sustainable and eco-friendly practices in their daily lives.

If applicable, a shared fund will be created to manage communal resources, such as costs for ceremonies, rituals, and gatherings.
9. Children and Future Generations
If the Partners choose to raise children or other dependents within the union, they agree to:
Teach the values of Naturis Sancta and naturism to future generations.
Provide a nurturing environment that emphasizes respect for nature, spiritual growth, and personal freedom.
10. Renewal of the Contract
At the end of the seven-year term, the Partners may choose to renew the contract. Before renewal, they will participate in a renewal ceremony, where they reflect on the growth of the union and recommit to each other if they wish to continue.
11. Termination of the Contract
The contract may be terminated under the following conditions:
Mutual Agreement: The Partners may decide to dissolve the union by mutual consent.
